The Shay Stadium, Halifax

Friday 8th March 2019  7.00pm for 7.30pm

STARTERS

  • Deep Fried Brie & Redcurrant Sauce
  • Chicken Liver Pate with Pink Peppercorn Butter, Chilli Jam & Melba Toast
  • Smoked Salmon filled with potato salad & finished with a balsamic glaze & baby leaves
  • Tomato & Basil Soup with Crusty Cob & Yorkshire Jersey Butter (v) (gf)

All starters served with a bread roll & butter

MAIN COURSE

  • Slow Braised Beef with Onions in Beer
  • Two way Pork with Pork Steak & Confit of Belly with Crackling & Pan Juice Gravy (gf)
  • Fillet of Wild Scottish Salmon with Herb Crust, served with a White Wine Sauce flavoured with dill
  • Vegetarian Stroganoff with peppers, onion, baby corn, courgette, tomato, herbs & cream, served with rice (v)

All served with Chef’s seasonal vegetables and potatoes

  • Apple & Cider Crumble with Creamy Custard
  • Sticky Toffee Pudding with custard or cream
  • Blueberry Crème Brulée
