DESCRIPTION:Dave and Keith travel over to France in Lofty – Keith’s converted van. They spend a week exploring the Normandy Landing beaches by bike\, as well as a visit to the Bayeux Tapestry. Then a week using their bikes to explore the back lanes\, villages\, towns\, and – of course -a visit to Mont Saint Michel. A morning was spent watching the Paris-Brest-Paris riders go past\, and they were able to accompany one of our Club members for a few kilometres as he was making his way to Brest.\nA sociable enjoyable evening open to all Calderdale CTC friends.
